The registration includes:

Drinks Reception at the Examination Schools
On 21 March after the programme ends, the Drinks Reception will take place in the exhibition area.
The reception is included in the conference fee.
Conference dinner
After the Drinks Reception there will be a Conference Dinner at the Balliol College (Broad Street). Dress code: Smart Casual
Admission to the dinner is by pre-booked ticket only. These can be purchased through the online registration.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations must be sent in writing to registration@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellations postmarked before and on 19 February 2024 will be refunded deducting administration £ 30.
After 19 February 2024, registration fees are non-refundable.
NB! Please note that tickets for the conference dinner are non-refundable.
If the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
Payment & VAT Terms
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card.
Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is original and will be the only copy you will receive.
It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during the process.
Registration fees will be charged in British Pounds including VAT (GB VAT 20%). The 11th Annual Oxford Bone Infection Conference is registered for VAT in United Kingdom; GB 190222044. It is required that we charge local VAT. Invoices cannot be issued without VAT.
CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, hereunder registration and information about the conference.
Your data will not be passed on to any third party unless you have accepted to share your contact details with sponsors and exhibitors during the registration process.
