We are delighted to host the OBIC meeting in the Oxford Examinations Schools which is a “jewel at the heart of the historic city of Oxford”. It is a magnificent grade 2* listed Victorian building designed by Sir Thomas Jackson and one of the largest buildings owned by the University of Oxford. Many of the final and other examinations for the University’s students take place in this building. It also provides a major lecturing facility for the University and it is used as a meeting and conference venue outside term time. It is the perfect venue for the OBIC conference.
The Examination Schools is located in the centre of Oxford, only a 15 minute walk from the train station, with many bus routes stopping right at the door, parking close by and many top quality hotels. Please see http://www.venues.ox.ac.uk/ for more details.
