Social Events
Drinks Reception:
Place: in the exhibition area at the conference venue
Time: 17.00-18.30
The reception is included in the conference fee.
Conference dinner:
Place: The Sheldonian Theatre (Address: Broad St, Oxford OX1 3AZ)
Time: 19.30-22.30
Price: 40 GBP (incl. VAT)
For this year’s conference dinner, we are pleased to offer a special dinner ticket price of only 40 GBP, as we hope to welcome as many participants as possible to help mark and celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Oxford Bone Infection Unit.
Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS
You have indicated payment by invoice (bank transfer). Please find the invoice attached. Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date. Please ensure the payment clearly states invoice number as we will not be able to place the payment without this information.
Registration fees will be charged in British Pounds including VAT (GB VAT 20%). The OBIC 2026 Conference Organiser (CAP Partner ApS) is registered for VAT in Great Britain; GB190222044. It is required that we charge local VAT. Invoices cannot be issued without VAT.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellations must be notified in writting to the OBIC 2026 Conference Organiser at registration@cap-partner.eu. Cancellations dated before and on 11 March 2026 will be refunded deducting an administration fee of 30 GBP. NB! Please note that tickets for the conference dinner are non-refundable.
From 12 March 2026 registration fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be granted in case of no-show.
If the conference is cancelled due to a global pandemic, the registration fee will be refunded. If the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
PHOTO AND VIDEO
Please note that video and photos may be captured during the conference for use in e.g. newsletters, websites, interviews, and social media. If you identify yourself in a specific picture or video after the conference and you do not wish it to appear on the website or social media, please get in touch with us (registration@cap-partner.eu) and we will delete the picture or recording.
Sharing of contact details
CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, hereunder registration and information about the conference.
Your data will not be passed on to any third party unless you have accepted to share your contact details with sponsors and exhibitors during the registration process.
