Abstract submission
There will be prizes for the best poster and oral presentations. These will be announced at the end of the second day.
- Abstract should state briefly and clearly the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of the work.
- The main body of the abstract is limited to 250 words maximum (main text, excluding title, author names and affiliations, as well as funding information and references, if any).
- These will be selected for oral or poster presentations.
- Clinical cases may be selected for discussion to highlight relevant learning opportunities; we may, therefore, ask for limited slide set to facilitate this.
- All posters must be in A0 portrait.
The presenting author must register as an active participant at the conference at the latest 14 days after acceptance of an abstract.
The Conference Organiser reserves the right to exclude any abstract that is not followed by a participant registration at the latest 14 days after notification of acceptance.
The Organising Committee will review and evaluate the abstracts.
Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent to all authors by 18 February 2025.
For accepted abstracts, the Committee will decide the type of the presentation, taking into account the preferred presentation type chosen by the abstract submitter.
